The Alliance Française de Brisbane is seeking an Education Manager to co-ordinate the educational, administrative and developmental
activities of our French language centre. Reporting to the Director, this role ensures the quality and growth of our programs for adults,
children, schools and the wider community.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the planning, scheduling, and delivery of language courses; manage teacher allocation and enrolments; develop and evaluate new
courses and educational policies; liaise with staff, students, schools, and community partners; advise on procedures and program
requirements; conduct teacher observations and professional development; identify current and future curriculum, resource, and staffing
needs; organise DELF/DALF and TCF certification sessions; and contribute to national pedagogical working groups.
Required Skills & Experience
Salary range: $ 70,000-80,000 per annum
