The Alliance Française de Brisbane is looking for a Front Office Assistant. The Front Office Assistant will be addressing enquiries and providing customer service to general public and to existing members and students as well as assisting in the enrolment management and in the office administration. The role is diverse and will involve day-to-day administration work as well as personal interactions.
• Ideally 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Team player
• Confident and professional manner
• High level of interpersonal skills
• High level of written and verbal communication skills in English and in French
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work autonomously in a busy environment
• Integrity, courtesy, discretion
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Office Suite
• Content Management System / Customer Relationship Management
