Alliance Française's quarterly rotating dinner club is a culinary adventure in partnership with Brisbane's best French
restaurants.
Every three months, the AF Dinner Club is hosted by a different celebrated restaurant in Brisbane.
Chefs craft an exclusive, themed tasting menu that highlights a specific aspect of France's diverse gastronomic heritage.
Each course is thoughtfully paired with a wine that complements and enhances the flavours of the dish. The Head Chef and Sommelier personally present each course and pairing, offering insights into the story behind the menu, and the subtleties that make each wine the perfect match.
Join us for these quarterly soirées to gain a deeper understanding and appreciation of the marriage between good food and wine, and
savour the authentic taste of France's culinary excellence.

Olympic Games themed menu
This month's Dinner Club is a special one as part of the Goût de France / Good France, a global initiative of the French Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs and chef Alain Ducasse, celebrating French cuisine, fine products and gastronomy around the world. In recognition of the 2024 Paris Olympic Games, this year's theme is 'Sport and Gastronomy'.
To celebrate, Chef Dev and the team at Spice Central have designed a tasting menu which nods to Olympic traditions and
French sports.

Chef Dev is a culinary maestro with a wealth of expertise garnered from his extensive tenure in prestigious 5-star hotels.
Having honed his craft at iconic establishments like Burj Al Arab, The Oberoi Amarvilas and The Leela Ambience, his culinary creations are a perfect combination of exceptional techniques and worldwide inspirations.
With passion and meticulous attention to detail, Chef Dev brings a touch of magic to every dish he creates, ensuring a memorable dining experience that delights the senses.
Quentin Javey
Sommelier at Spice Central Kitchen & Bar
Quentin Javey is a prominent figure in the Brisbane restaurant scene, having previously worked as a Restaurant Manager at esteemed establishments such as Sofitel in Brisbane, e'cco Bistro, SK Steak & Oyster and Black Hide Steakhouse.
Holding a Master's Degree from Institut Vatel Paris, Quentin is also a qualified sommelier, bringing extensive expertise to his role.
