To celebrate the Tour de France, Chef Andy and the team have designed a 4-course tasting menu showcasing classic dishes from four regions
along the race route.
From delicate seafood to rich, slow-cooked meats and a show-stopping dessert, each dish pays homage to a different corner of France - and is perfectly complimented with a wine pairing from the same region.
