Dr Wolfgang Babeck,
Adjunct Professor and Distinguished Scholar, Bond University Faculty of Law and
Co-convenor, European Focus Group, Law Council of Australia.
Dr Wolfgang Babeck joined Bond University in 2010, having studied and worked at the
University of Passau, Free University of Berlin, Tbilisi State University, Humboldt University and
later the College of Law of England and Wales. He has also been managing partner of German
law firm Buse Heberer Fromm and European Counsel at DibbsBarker in Sydney.

Dr Frédéric Venière specialises in French commercial and corporate law, as well as IT law,
negotiation, litigation and drafting of contracts for large corporations and
governments. Frédéric has acquired this experience over the past 20 years in major
Paris based law firms and also in various French territories.
