Placement Tests
What is my level? Take the short placement test to enrol in a course.
If you have no French you can register into a Breakthrough 1 class or a 'French for travellers' class, otherwise you must take the placement test.
Taking a Placement Test is a requirement when you register for the first time with the Alliance Française de Brisbane and have prior knowledge of French. In helping us define which level is most appropriate for you, you will make the best of your learning experience with us.
The 05-10 minute written part of the test may be taken online or onsite by appointment, at our Montague Road office. Once you have submitted your test, it is corrected. You will then be contacted within 48 hours by phone for a 5 minute conversation.
