These group classes offer a relaxed and friendly environment to develop your knowledge of French, quickly build up your confidence in small classes and improve your communication skills through listening and speaking-based activities. Regular
classes are held weekly and run for 10 weeks during one of our 4 terms. Click on your level below or take our placement test if you are unsure of your level.
- Absolute Beginners: no French or very little - Absolute Breakthrough 1 and Breakthrough 1 class level
- Beginners: some French and most basics - Breakthrough 2 to Breakthrough 5 class levels
- Intermediate: some conversational French and beyond - Waystage 1 to Waystage 5 class levels
- Advanced: on my way to fluency - Threshold 1 to Threshold 4 class levels

Classes run over 1 or 2 weeks and are highly motivating as they allow students to progress more quickly.
Revision Courses for Beginners and Intermediate
These group classes are a great way to revise and brush up before moving up from Beginner to Intermediate or from Int to Advanced.
Specialised French
French for Travellers: no French of very little. The perfect survival kit for your trip to France! A short course that gets you going in no time!
Proficiency Courses for advanced students: choose from literature, langue et culture or DALF
Language and Cultural Workshops : short courses on French language or French culture. Programme changes every term. Workshops are held during terms and during term breaks.
