What is my level? Take the short placement test to enrol in a course.
If you have never studied French before, you can register in a A1.1 class level or a 'French for travellers' class. Otherwise, you must take the placement test.
Taking a Placement Test is a requirement when you register for the first time with the Alliance Française de Brisbane and have prior knowledge of French. In helping us define which level is most appropriate for you, you will make the best of your learning experience with us.
The 5-10 minute written part of the test may be taken online or on-site by appointment, at our Montague Road French School. Once you have submitted your test, it is corrected. You will then be contacted within 48 hours by phone for a 5 minute conversation.
