Cooking is not a light matter in France. It is an art de vivre or one of those activities that bond French people together and is an important cultural expression of their identity. Listen to some French people conversing and at one stage, every time, it will revolve around “la bouffe”.

To cook with Corinne is a whole French experience in itself. Corinne is a French teacher and a marvellous cook. Deliciously lively, intuitive and engaging like her cooking, Corinne will guide you through all the steps to prepare a perfect dish and set the table à la française. The course will be conducted in French with some English. Through the art of cooking and l’art de la table you will not only learn to cook a typical French dish with a passionate French cook but also learn about the history of the dish, the French regions, wine matching,  the vocabulary of cooking or as whole what could be called the French art of eating and cooking. A workshop blended with pleasure, humour and taste! Students will get to take some of the dish home.
Workshop 1 is suitable for vegetarians.
