Special guests for Fête de la Musique!
This year, Alliance Française de Brisbane invited two francophone electro music artists: French DJ, Secret Maker, and Canadian Maus, to perform as special guests.
The show was held in the evening, on the main stage at King George Square. It was a great moment shared with the enthusiastic crowd, some of them even dancing up a storm!
Two young bands from New Caledonia, winner of emergent artist competition, performed as well on June 21st.

Secret Maker
Gerard Tempia Bonda a.k.a. Secret Maker is a French DJ coming from Paris as a special guest.
His performances mixes house, electronic and pop music, with accompaniment of Martin Saccardy on trumpet. Secret Maker boldly blends various styles, rhythms and instruments to create a distinctive and exciting sound.

Coming from Montreal (Canada), Louise Gauvreau a.k.a. Maus, continues to charm international audiences with her dynamic approach to electronic dance music.
She has shared the stage with the likes of David Bowie, Moby and Saint Germain, ...
Recently branching out towards house, tech-house and techno, her signature is groovy with a percussive and straight-forward attitude.
