Alliance Française is a non for profit association dedicated to promote French language and culture.

Founded originally in France in 1883, the Brisbane chapter was created in 1926. We are proud to say we have been teaching, in our school, French language in Brisbane for more than 80 years.

Scheduled to coincide with the Queensland Art Gallery exhibition Modern Woman: Daughters and Lovers 1850 - 1918, Alliance Française de Brisbane is offering a workshop both in French and in English on French Impressionism. Over the course of 5 weeks, explore the art and history of French Impressionism and learn French! Fees includes a free ticket to the exhibition.
